Indonesia's KasGo restaurant system assigns each order a number from 001 to 999 and resets the sequence to 001 at midnight. After payment, the number appears on screen and on the receipt; the kitchen follows it on its order ticket and staff call it when the food is ready.
Customers no longer need to remain at the counter. The transaction number serves accounting, while the queue number manages kitchen work. The system replaces a physical line with numbers while keeping preparation order visible.
